What Are IndiGo BluChips?

A Blu 1 member with ₹10,000 of qualifying spend on an eligible direct booking could illustrate 800 base BluChips, 400 tier-bonus BluChips and 400 direct-booking BluChips, subject to rules.
How Do You Reach Blu 2 or Blu 1?
